Jaz Elite Aurora is seeking a dedicated Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join their team in Michamvi, Zanzibar. Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or Housekeeping.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
Proven strong supervisory and leadership skills to manage a diverse team.
Exceptional attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination.
Ability to conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public facilities.
Experience in managing linen, supplies, and housekeeping inventory efficiently.
Proficiency in training and mentoring room attendants and housekeeping staff.
Knowledge of international hygiene and safety procedures in a hotel setting.
