Jaz Amaluna is seeking an accomplished Food & Beverage Manager to lead its culinary and service teams. This critical role involves overseeing all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining, to deliver a world-class dining experience for guests. The manager will be responsible for setting and maintaining high standards of service, quality, and hygiene, ensuring profitability, and enhancing guest satisfaction in line with the hotel's 5-star luxury brand. This position plays a key part in maintaining Jaz Amaluna's reputation as a leading hospitality destination.The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong passion for food and beverage excellence. Responsibilities include menu development, staff training and development, budget management, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with all operational standards. They will also be tasked with fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, implementing innovative concepts, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve the guest experience.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel.
Comprehensive knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and financial management.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a large team.
Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
Strong understanding of culinary trends and beverage programs.
Adherence to strict health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Proficiency in F&B management software and POS systems.
Strategic thinking with a focus on revenue generation and cost efficiency.
Ability to manage multiple outlets and high-pressure situations.
Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management.
