Key Requirements
Tanzanian Nationals Only
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Front Office Manager or closely related managerial role
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Relevant academic and professional qualifications in Hospitality Management
A commitment to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence
Expertise in using Property Management Systems (PMS)
Strong problem-solving skills for handling guest complaints
Ability to train and mentor front office staff
Competence in managing department budgets and financial reporting
