Key Requirements
Tanzanian Nationals Only
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or closely related managerial role
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Relevant academic and professional qualifications in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
A commitment to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence
In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience in managing beverage programs and inventory
Ability to coordinate large-scale banquet and event operations
Strong financial acumen for monitoring food costs and profitability
