Key Requirements
Tanzanian National Only.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Food & Beverage Manager position or closely related managerial role.
Extensive experience within the hospitality industry.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Relevant academic and professional qualifications in F&B Management or Culinary Arts.
Commitment to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to manage budgets, food costs, and inventory effectively.
Experience in coordinating events and high-volume dining operations.
