Select Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join their enterprise sales team. This role is focused on driving new enterprise-level deals and expanding key accounts within the fast-growing HR fintech sector across Africa. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned B2B sales professional with a hunter mindset, capable of navigating complex sales cycles and building lasting relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and leading high-level demos to negotiating contracts and closing high-value agreements. In this hybrid or remote position based in Kenya, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them solve human resources and payroll challenges through innovative financial technology solutions. You will manage your own sales pipeline, provide accurate revenue forecasts, and consistently work towards achieving ambitious growth targets. As part of a scaling organization, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the company's presence in the African market. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the HR and SaaS landscape, combined with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder negotiations effectively.

Key Requirements

8 to 10 plus years in enterprise or B2B sales experience. Previous experience in SaaS or EOR (Employer of Record) preferred. Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets. Strong consultative selling and advanced negotiation skills. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals at the enterprise level. Solid understanding of the HR, payroll, or fintech landscape. A strong hunter mindset focused on new business acquisition. Ability to lead executive-level sales meetings and product demonstrations. Proficiency in managing sales pipelines and accurate revenue forecasting. Excellent relationship-building skills with high-level decision-makers.
