SALES & MARKETING INTERN @ JAMBOLAND
Jamboland is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to support our growing sales department in Tanzania. This internship provides a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in real estate. You will assist the senior sales team in searching for clients, organizing site visits, and participating in market research activities to understand the current landscape of the real estate industry.
During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in implementing sales strategies and learning the nuances of negotiation and closing deals. You will be mentored on how to track competitor activities and how to effectively communicate the value of our property listings to prospective buyers. Key Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business or Marketing.
A strong interest in building a career within the real estate sector.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn and assist in searching for potential clients.
Ability to assist in arranging and conducting site visits for clients.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Enthusiastic attitude toward learning market research techniques.
