Due to significant expansion in the mining, industrial, and port sectors, the company is seeking 100 experienced, disciplined, and honest drivers to join their professional team. The primary role involves operating heavy-duty semi-trailers, specifically HOWO 371HP and 400HP models, to ensure the safe delivery of goods across the nation.
Successful candidates will be responsible for transporting various types of cargo, including cement, coils, containers, and rollers. The job requires performing domestic trips while strictly adhering to company schedules and safety procedures. While the main offices are located on Nitesh Road in Kahama, drivers must be prepared to work across all regions of Tanzania. Key Requirements
Must be a citizen of Tanzania.
Must be aged 18 years or older.
At least 3 years of experience driving Semi-Trailer trucks.
Valid Driving License Class C, C1, C2, or E with a clean record.
Good health status, subject to testing before employment.
High level of discipline, integrity, and diligence.
Ready to work in shifts and travel to various regions across Tanzania.
Proven ability to operate HOWO 371HP & 400HP truck models.
Knowledge of transporting diverse cargo such as cement, coils, containers, and rollers.
Willingness to follow company schedules and standard operating procedures.
Possession of a valid NIDA identification card.
Possession of a valid TIN Certificate.
