JAIWAWA ASSOCIATES is inviting ambitious and motivated graduates to apply for a professional Graduate Internship opportunity. This 3-month program starting in August 2026 is designed to provide hands-on exposure to core business operations, including assurance, financial reporting, and complex taxation assignments. Successful candidates will work closely with our professional team at the Dar es Salaam Kawe office to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements
Recent graduate in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or HR Management
Completed studies within the most recent graduating academic year
Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Knowledge of Auditing Standards (ISA)
Familiarity with Tanzanian tax laws and regulations
Understanding of Employment and Workplace Laws
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
High level of professional integrity and ethics
Meticulous attention to detail
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
