FINANCE OFFICER @ JABAL LOGISTICS LIMITED
Jabal Logistics Limited is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance Officer to join our professional team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily financial activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the company adheres to all regulatory financial standards. This role is crucial for our logistics operations, requiring precision, integrity, and a proactive approach to financial management. We are looking for someone capable of managing accounts payable/receivable, preparing financial reports, and supporting management in budgetary decisions. The work environment is fast-paced and requires a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in the logistics and transport sector.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA(T) or ACCA
At least 2–3 years of experience in finance or accounting
Experience in logistics, shipping, or trading sectors
Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance
Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity
