Key Requirements
Diploma (minimum)
Experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or similar role
Background/knowledge in hospital operations or clinical medicine preferred
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Good multitasking and organizational skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage a multi-line telephone system
Proven expertise in document preparation and management
High level of professional integrity and confidentiality
Capability to coordinate office meetings and events
