We are seeking a highly skilled E Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize our procurement processes for our client. The role involves overseeing the acquisition of goods and services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of procurement principles and a commitment to operational efficiency.
Working in our Arusha location, you will be responsible for end-to-end procurement cycles, strategic sourcing, and contract management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all purchasing activities meet the highest standards of quality and cost-effectiveness. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Procurement from recognized Institutions
Registered with Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technician Board
At least 3 years working experience in a similar field
Experience in an international organization
Excellent verbal and written expression in English
Excellent verbal and written expression in Swahili
Strong understanding of procurement compliance and ethical standards
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple supplier relationships simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
