FINANCE MANAGER @ ITIBARI TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED
Itibari Technologies Limited is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to be based at our Mikocheni Light Industrial Area facility in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Controller and play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and that the company adheres to all internal controls and statutory regulations.
In this capacity, you will lead the financial reporting processes, manage variance analysis, and supervise junior staff to ensure the department functions seamlessly. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing inventory, cost controls, and cash flow projections, ultimately supporting the Financial Controller in delivering strategic financial insights and maintaining the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
CPA/ ACCA or equivalent is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian tax and statutory compliance
Experience in reconciliations, reporting, inventory and controls
Proficiency in accounting systems, ERP and Excel
Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
High integrity and attention to detail
Ability to manage audit processes and ensure general ledger integrity
Competence in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis
Commitment to professional development and coaching of junior finance staff
