Key Requirements
Proven experience in a senior Operations role within supermarkets or retail
Strong leadership and people management skills
Solid understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and inventory control
Results-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead and manage end-to-end store operations across multiple branches
Experience in implementing policies, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong financial acumen for cost control and driving profitability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams
Ability to ensure high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in data analysis and operational reporting tools
