ISS is currently seeking two dedicated mid-career safety professionals to join our team for long-term projects based in Martinez and Ventura, California. Key Requirements
Must possess a CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) certification or higher.
Minimum of five years of experience in construction safety management.
Proficiency in conducting site safety audits and inspections.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site safety protocols.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs for workers.
Experience in accident investigation and root cause analysis.
Ability to manage long-term projects and maintain safety documentation.
Competence in identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigation strategies.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
