SCRUM MASTER @ ISOFTTEK INC.
We are seeking a highly seasoned Scrum Master with an imperative background in the Airline Domain, preferably boasting 15 years or more of experience in IT project management and Agile execution. This is a critical C2C contract role compensated at $50 per hour. The ideal candidate will be an expert in coaching and guiding high-performing development teams, ensuring strict adherence to Scrum principles and maximizing productivity. Responsibilities include facilitating all Scrum events, promoting collaboration, and continuously seeking ways to improve team performance and process efficiency.
This position requires local residency near either Chicago, Illinois, or Houston, Texas, as the role demands significant presence in these key regional hubs. The Scrum Master will play a vital role in ensuring that the project deliverables align with organizational goals within the regulated environment of the airline industry. We are accepting applications from all visa holders eligible for Corp-to-Corp arrangements. The minimum expected monthly salary for this contract position is $8000.

Key Requirements
Mandatory 15+ years of experience, with a focus on serving as a Scrum Master.
Absolute requirement to have experience within the Airline Domain.
Must be locally based in or near Chicago, IL, or Houston, TX.
Expertise in C2C contracting models.
Strong servant leadership skills, coaching the team in self-organization.
Proven ability to remove impediments and shield the team from external interruptions.
Deep understanding of Scrum values, practices, and rules.
Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
Ability to handle large, complex enterprise projects (15+ years context).
Experience working with diverse technical teams.
