This critical role requires a professional with 15+ years of preferred experience in IT project analysis, focusing on large-scale enterprise solutions. The successful candidate must be ready for immediate engagement on a C2C contract basis, offering a competitive rate of $50 per hour. Key responsibilities include gathering, documenting, and managing complex business requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholder needs and technical implementation teams. Candidates must be based locally or willing to relocate to one of two primary work locations: Chicago, Illinois, or Houston, Texas. You will be responsible for leading requirement workshops, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and contributing significantly to the delivery of critical airline systems. Key Requirements
Must have extensive experience (15+ years preferred) working within the Airline Domain.
Proven expertise as a Business Analyst in large-scale IT projects.
Strong background in C2C (Corp-to-Corp) contract work.
Ability to work locally in either Chicago or Houston, USA.
Experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and management.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions.
Visa status allowing C2C contract work (Any visa accepted).
Expertise in translating business needs into technical specifications.
