Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience.
Proven leadership exposure within a corporate setting.
Strong business partnering experience in a multinational environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Superior communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and local HR best practices.
Proven experience driving HR strategy and organizational change.
Expertise in talent management and succession planning.
Strong track record in enhancing employee engagement.
Ability to handle both strategic planning and hands-on delivery.
