POWER PLATFORM DEVELOPER @ IRISSTAR TECH
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including both Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable technical solutions that drive digital transformation. A significant portion of the role involves creating and managing automated workflows using Power Automate to optimize business processes and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
In addition to application development, you will build interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports using Power BI to provide data-driven insights. Your expertise will be required for complex integrations with Dataverse, SharePoint, and various custom connectors. Ensuring the governance, security, and performance of all deployed solutions is a critical part of your daily activities. Given the location and client base, proficiency in Arabic is essential to successfully navigate regional project requirements and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Key Requirements
At least 8 years of professional experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.
Hands-on experience in creating and managing complex automated workflows with Power Automate.
Advanced proficiency in building interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
Strong knowledge of integrating solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, and other API connectors.
Possession of Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400 is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of Power FX and expressions for logic and data manipulation.
Experience in developing and maintaining custom connectors for external service integration.
Ability to ensure governance, security compliance, and performance optimization of Power Platform solutions.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards is a significant advantage for this role.
