HR MANAGER @ IRIS
IRIS is currently seeking a highly qualified HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Zanzibar. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in human resource management.
In-depth knowledge of Zanzibar labor laws and employment regulations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in HRIS software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven track record in recruitment, talent acquisition, and performance management.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address organizational challenges.
Fluency in both English and Swahili is highly preferred.
