Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in transport or fleet supervision within a construction, mining, or heavy equipment environment.
Sound knowledge of fleet management and vehicle maintenance practices.
Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent supervisory and team leadership skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High level of integrity and accountability.
