HR MANAGER (1 POSITION) @ IRIS CONSTRUCTION
IRIS Construction is looking for a professional HR Manager to join our team in Zanzibar. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes to support the business needs. You will bridge the gap between management and employee relations while ensuring compliance with local regulations. As an HR Manager, you will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Your duties will involve managing recruitment processes, overseeing performance management systems, and fostering a positive working environment for all staff members at our construction site and office locations in Zanzibar.
Key Requirements
Relevant qualifications in HR management or related field
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive
Submission of supporting documents with the application
In-depth knowledge of Tanzania labor law and HR best practices
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
Strong decision-making skills and results-oriented approach
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
