TELESALES MANAGER @ IQTEX
IQTex is seeking a dedicated and motivated Telesales Manager to lead our sales team in Parktown, Johannesburg. This role focuses specifically on the sale of Point of Sale (POS) devices, requiring a leader who can drive results and manage a high-performing telesales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching team members on their selling techniques, and ensuring that all monthly sales targets are consistently met through strategic outreach and relationship management.

Key Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
Must have a clear ITC (credit) record.
Must have a clear criminal record.
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in high-volume sales environments.
Target-driven attitude with a focus on achieving results.
Possession of a personal vehicle (Own car).
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a practical test on selling skills.
Previous experience in managing or leading a sales team.
