FINANCE MANAGER @ IPSOS
Ipsos Tanzania is looking for a visionary Finance Manager to join their dynamic team in Dar es Salaam. In this role, you will spearhead financial strategies that fuel growth and innovation, reporting directly to the Regional CFO for Sub-Saharan Africa. You will be on the lookout for ways to drive financial excellence, ensuring that the company's financial statements are accurate, timely, and in full compliance with Ipsos Group policies while supporting the company's strategic goals and budgets.
The Finance Manager will lead all financial aspects of the business, including accounting, controlling, financial planning, business analysis, and treasury matters. A significant part of the role involves maintaining vital relationships with banking institutions, company auditors, tax authorities, and other members of the financial community within the Ipsos Group. Candidates are expected to have a high level of integrity, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of macroeconomic factors that influence business performance in the region.

Key Requirements
A university degree in business or economics with a Bachelor of Commerce-Accounting or Finance option.
Professional qualification with CPA (T) or ACCA is mandatory.
At least 4 years of experience in the finance or audit department of a large organization.
Prior experience in a senior management position with responsibility for strategy formulation.
Demonstrated expertise in financial controls and management accounting.
Experience with budgeting and forecasting to enable profitable growth and business improvement.
Knowledge of Oracle and Symphony financial systems is considered an added advantage.
Experience working within a large international company or a reputable audit firm.
Good understanding of macroeconomic and external factors affecting the business environment.
High work ethics to maintain the integrity and image of the company.
Strong negotiation skills and analytical thinking capabilities.
