IPL (Inspired Brand Solutions) is seeking a diligent and dedicated Gardener to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about plant life, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our residential or commercial gardens to ensure they remain in pristine condition throughout the year.
The role involves a wide range of daily tasks including watering, weeding, pruning, and planting. You will also be in charge of lawn care, which includes mowing and fertilizing, as well as the safe application of pesticides. Additionally, you will perform basic maintenance on gardening tools and equipment, monitor plant health for diseases or pests, and manage green waste through composting. This position requires physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized outdoor environment.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Gardener or in a similar professional landscaping role.
Strong knowledge of various plant types, gardening techniques, and seasonal plant care.
Ability to operate and maintain basic gardening machinery such as lawn mowers and trimmers.
Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Honesty, reliability, and strong work ethics with a high level of integrity.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of safety precautions when handling gardening tools and chemicals.
A certificate or formal training in Horticulture or Agriculture is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in identifying common plant diseases and pest infestations.
Excellent skills in green waste management and composting techniques.
Strong organizational skills to keep garden paths and storage areas tidy.
