SYSTEM INTEGRATOR INTERN @ INVENTIONS TECHNOLOGIES
Inventions Technologies is seeking a dedicated and motivated System Integrator Intern to join our dynamic team in Dar es Salaam. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside senior engineers on complex projects involving the deployment and integration of cutting-edge Call Centre platforms, VoIP systems, and CRM solutions like Odoo. You will gain hands-on experience in technical configuration, system documentation, and real-world project delivery in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with VoIP feature configuration, supporting CRM integration tasks, and participating in API-based projects. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working within a collaborative technical team to troubleshoot call-quality issues and maintain precise system documentation.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field.
Exposure to software development practices.
Experience or exposure in VoIP, CRM support, networking or IT systems.
Basic understanding of SIP, RTP, IP networking and softphone tools.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Odoo.
Interest in APIs, system integrations and automation scripting.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
Eagerness to learn and work alongside experienced engineers.
Ability to prepare technical notes and system diagrams.
Commitment to supporting project delivery and customer onboarding.
