SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER – INSURANCE SOFTWARE @ INTERTEC SYSTEMS
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager specializing in Insurance Software to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for owning and driving the entire end-to-end sales cycle, specifically focusing on general insurance software solutions and Oracle products. Your primary objective will be to identify and capture new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships within the insurance sector. You will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients, ensuring that our technological solutions align perfectly with their business goals.
The successful candidate will be adept at engaging with C-level executives and key stakeholders to communicate the value of digital transformation in the insurance industry. You will work closely with internal pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure that the solutions proposed are both impactful and feasible. By leveraging your deep knowledge of insurance workflows, including policy administration, claims processing, and underwriting, you will position our offerings as essential tools for modern insurers, brokers, and third-party administrators in the UAE market.

Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in enterprise software or IT sales.
3+ years of specific experience in insurance solutions sales.
Strong understanding of insurance workflows including policy, claims, and underwriting.
Proven track record of owning and driving end-to-end sales cycles.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and TPAs.
Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate effectively with pre-sales and delivery teams.
Extensive knowledge of Oracle products and general insurance software.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
