Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative and functional design solutions.
Extensive experience in space planning, furniture layout, and color coordination.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
In-depth knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations specific to Dubai.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and InDesign, for presentation boards.
Strong understanding of various materials, finishes, textiles, and lighting systems.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
