SERVICENOW SOLUTION ARCHITECT @ INTELLISOFT TECHNOLOGIES
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural expertise, hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, and the ability to drive end-to-end implementations from design to delivery. This role is critical in ensuring that the ServiceNow platform is leveraged to its full potential while following industry best practices and maintaining technical integrity across the IT infrastructure.
This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an initial duration of 6 months on a W2 basis. The role requires an onsite presence four days per week. Available work locations for this position include Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Grand Rapids, MI; Houston, TX; and Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must be eligible for W2 employment and open to full-time conversion after the contract period ends.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect in an enterprise setting.
Deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
Ability to design and architect scalable, high-quality technical solutions on ServiceNow.
Hands-on experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
Strong understanding of web services, APIs, Middleware, and SOA principles.
Proficiency in Release Management, DevOps, and Platform Engineering best practices.
Knowledge of Cloud Architecture and Security Architecture standards.
Experience driving digital transformation initiatives through platform automation.
Must be available to work onsite 4 days a week at one of the specified locations.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
