Key Requirements
Expertise in maintaining and repairing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems.
Hands-on experience with ducting, piping, and thermal insulation work.
Functional knowledge of thermostat controls, sensors, and low-voltage wiring.
Proficiency in troubleshooting system malfunctions and operational errors.
Ability to perform routine filter changes, cleaning, and belt replacements.
Understanding of energy-efficient operation practices and sustainable maintenance.
Strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Strong documentation skills for logging all maintenance and repair activities.
Flexibility to work in shifts or be available for on-call emergency duties.
High school diploma or equivalent with a specialized HVAC technical certificate.
