CIVIL MULTI TECHNICIAN @ INTEGRAL ASSOCIATE
We are hiring a Civil Multi Technician to handle diverse maintenance tasks for various properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills including masonry and general building repair to support the facility management team in keeping structures in top condition. Salary Range: AED 1500 – 5000 + OT.

Key Requirements
Multi-skilled capabilities in masonry, painting, and basic plumbing tasks.
Experience in general building repair and civil maintenance works.
Practical knowledge of tile fixing, grouting, and gypsum board work.
Ability to use a wide variety of hand and power tools for civil repairs.
Clear understanding of structural integrity and high-quality finishing.
Capability to follow detailed work orders and meet strict project timelines.
Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work site.
Flexibility to handle diverse and changing tasks on a daily basis.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality for site assignments.
Prior experience in large-scale facility maintenance or construction preferred.
