QUALITY MANAGER – MANUFACTURING @ INSPIREHR
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager for our manufacturing department. The Quality Manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of production, ensuring that all manufactured goods meet both company and regulatory quality benchmarks. You will oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance programs, conduct regular audits of the manufacturing processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a technical expert capable of identifying non-conformities, root cause analysis, and implementing effective corrective actions. You will work closely with production managers to ensure that safety and quality protocols are strictly followed throughout the manufacturing life cycle.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing setting
Comprehensive knowledge of ISO standards and manufacturing compliance
Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action techniques
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret quality data
Experience in conducting internal and external quality audits
Excellent leadership skills to manage a diverse team of quality inspectors
Strong technical writing skills for policy documentation
Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
Proficiency in quality management software tools
