The Indoor Sales Executive at inspirehr will be the face of the showroom, specializing in bedding solutions and retail. The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue by promoting premium bedding products, assisting walk-in customers with their selections, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. By providing personalized recommendations and expert product knowledge, the executive will enhance the customer experience and foster brand loyalty through professional interaction.

Beyond direct sales, the Indoor Sales Executive is responsible for maintaining the visual standards of the showroom, managing customer inquiries from initial contact to final purchase, and preparing detailed sales reports for management review. This role requires a proactive individual who can build lasting relationships with clients and support marketing initiatives to increase showroom traffic. The position is based in Arusha, Tanzania, and offers a dynamic environment for retail professionals to grow their careers within the bedding and furniture industry.

Key Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or a customer service-oriented environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to close sales and handle customer objections professionally. Proficiency in basic computer applications and hands-on experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
