Inspire Credit Limited, one of Kenya's fast-growing Digital Credit Providers, is seeking a strategic HR leader with a passion for developing people, strengthening culture, and building high-performance teams. The Human Resources Manager will lead the full HR function, including Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and HR Operations. The role is pivotal in driving culture transformation and strengthening staff engagement across all branches while ensuring full compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
In this capacity, you will oversee talent acquisition and build strong leadership pipelines while providing strategic HR advisory to senior leadership to support organisational growth. You will be responsible for managing disciplinary processes, staff welfare, and employee grievance handling to maintain a healthy work environment. Additionally, the role involves implementing HRIS, policies, systems, and process improvements for operational excellence. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years progressive HR experience.
At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
MUST have experience in the microfinance industry.
Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
High integrity, confidentiality, and strong organisational judgement.
Higher qualification or CHRP certification is an added advantage.
Proven proficiency in conflict-resolution and employee grievance handling.
Experience in implementing HRIS, policies, and process improvements.
