HSE OFFICER @ INSPIRATIONS GROUP
Inspirations Group is seeking a dedicated and professional HSE Officer to join our building contracting team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with established health, safety, and environmental regulations. This role involves monitoring site operations, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety protocols to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all staff and contractors. Salary for this position ranges from AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
The candidate will be expected to conduct regular site inspections, lead safety meetings, and provide necessary training to workers. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory to effectively coordinate with a diverse workforce. Candidates must have previous experience within the UAE construction sector and hold recognized certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH to be considered for this role.

Key Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience within the UAE.
Must possess a valid NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Strong site safety management and supervision skills.
Fluent communication skills in English (mandatory).
Fluent communication skills in Hindi (mandatory).
Ability to identify workplace hazards and implement control measures.
Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections.
Proficiency in preparing safety reports and documentation.
Capability to provide safety training and orientations to on-site personnel.
