Key Requirements
Proven experience in driving revenue growth within the mining or metals industry.
Expertise in tender leadership and the preparation of competitive bids.
Strong skills in contract negotiation and managing complex legal agreements.
Effective pipeline management and lead generation strategies.
Background in Industrial Services or Inspection, Testing & Verification sectors.
A proven track record in contract acquisition and hitting sales targets.
Excellent networking skills with key stakeholders in the Tanzanian mining sector.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field.
