HR BUSINESS PARTNER – MANUFACTURING PLANT @ INSIGNIA PAINTS LTD
Insignia Paints Ltd is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to oversee human resources operations within our manufacturing plant. This critical role involves partnering with plant leadership to drive strategic people initiatives that directly support productivity, operational excellence, and organizational compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, performance management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Key duties include managing the full recruitment cycle, developing learning and capability building programs, and ensuring all HR operations align with legal and corporate standards. As a strategic partner, you will act as a bridge between management and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and driving initiatives that enhance plant performance. This position requires a professional with a deep understanding of the manufacturing sector and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships effectively.

Key Requirements
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
8–12 years of overall HR experience.
5–8 years of specific experience in manufacturing or plant HR.
Experience in paints, chemicals, or FMCG manufacturing industries preferred.
Strong expertise in HR operations, compliance, and labor laws.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
Proven track record in stakeholder management and strategic partnering.
Ability to drive performance management and productivity improvement initiatives.
Extensive experience in recruitment and strategic workforce planning.
Demonstrated skills in learning and capability development for plant staff.
