Insight Life Solutions is seeking a dedicated Actuarial Consultant to join our vibrant team in South Africa. As an independent consultancy with over 100 professionals, we focus on supporting the health system and life insurance industry through innovative solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with at least two years of experience who are eager to tackle complex challenges and contribute to the growth of both domestic and international life insurers. Work locations include our offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town on a hybrid basis.

Key Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in life insurance actuarial roles.
Strong technical foundation in actuarial principles and practices.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex life insurance challenges.
High level of ownership and accountability for professional work.
A strong drive to serve both internal team members and external clients.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days per week in Johannesburg or Cape Town).
Proficiency in actuarial software and data analysis tools.
Progress toward or completion of professional actuarial examinations.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to stakeholders.
