SOLAR PANEL CLEANER / ELECTRICAL HELPER @ INFINIUM ASSOCIATES
Infinium Associates is conducting a bulk recruitment drive in Kenya for Solar Panel Cleaners and Electrical Helpers for our projects in the UAE. We are seeking to build ongoing partnerships with Kenyan recruitment agencies to identify candidates for these clean energy roles. The primary responsibilities include the cleaning and maintenance of solar panels and assisting electricians on various job sites across the United Arab Emirates. This is a relocation-based role focused on the growing renewable energy market.
Candidates will work 10 hours per day, six days a week in outdoor environments. We are looking for team-oriented Kenyan professionals who are physically capable and have a basic understanding of electrical work. This opportunity allows candidates from Kenya to relocate to the UAE and contribute to critical clean energy infrastructure while gaining valuable international experience in a high-demand field.

Key Requirements
Residency in Kenya and eligibility for recruitment via Kenyan agencies.
Unrestricted willingness to relocate to the UAE for the duration of the job.
Basic electrical proficiency or vocational training in a related field.
Ability to maintain physical activity during long outdoor shifts.
Agreement to work a 6-day work week consisting of 10-hour days.
