SOLAR PANEL CLEANER / ELECTRICAL HELPER @ INFINIUM ASSOCIATES
Infinium Associates is looking for Solar Panel Cleaners and Electrical Helpers from Uganda for our UAE-based operations. We are scaling our clean energy workforce and are eager to partner with Ugandan recruitment agencies to source talented and hardworking individuals. The position entails relocating to the UAE to perform solar panel cleaning, maintenance, and providing electrical assistance on-site. This role is a vital part of our efforts to maintain large-scale solar energy fields.
The role involves a demanding schedule of 10 hours a day, six days a week, primarily in outdoor settings. We are looking for Ugandan candidates who are physically fit, team-oriented, and possess basic electrical knowledge. This bulk hiring program provides an opportunity for East African candidates to establish a career in the clean energy sector abroad. Successful candidates will be responsible for site maintenance and helping lead technicians with electrical tasks.

Key Requirements
Must be based in Uganda or available through local recruitment channels.
Full readiness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.
Basic understanding of electrical tasks or solar panel systems.
High physical fitness levels for demanding outdoor fieldwork.
Willingness to commit to 10-hour shifts, six days a week.
Proven ability to work well within a diverse, team-based environment.
Ability to follow safety instructions and use maintenance equipment correctly.
Possession of a valid Ugandan passport for visa and travel purposes.
A strong work ethic and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Willingness to undergo training for solar panel cleaning and site safety.
