The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing the energy of our fitness environment through high-quality video content and translating that into engaging social media campaigns across various platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence by staying ahead of digital trends and consistently delivering fresh, innovative ideas that resonate with our audience and fitness enthusiasts alike. In this role, you will manage the entire content lifecycle, from planning and shooting to editing and scheduling posts across platforms like Instagram and TikTok. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background in video production and a deep understanding of social media algorithms. Key Requirements
Experience in videography and video editing
Strong understanding of social media platforms
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Skilled in shooting high-quality video content with professional equipment
Ability to plan and create engaging social media posts including Reels and TikToks
Experience managing a content calendar and posting schedule
Knowledge of current social media trends and the ability to apply them
