Infinity Developments is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Zanzibar – Unguja. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing structural designs and ensuring the integrity of various residential and hotel projects. You will be responsible for performing complex calculations, reviewing architectural plans, and collaborating with architects and construction teams to ensure that all structures meet the required safety and quality standards. Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience especially in residential and hotel projects
Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or a relevant field
Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
Strong knowledge of local and international building codes and standards
Ability to conduct detailed structural analysis for various materials
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborative environments
Proven experience in project management for construction sites
Proficiency in technical reporting and engineering documentation
Strict attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations
Experience in site supervision and quality control for structural elements
