SENIOR STRUCTURAL DESIGNER @ INFINITY DEVELOPMENTS
Infinity Developments is hiring a Senior Structural Designer to lead the technical development of our project designs. This role focuses on structural calculations, detailed design development, and seamless coordination with our team of architects and engineers. Based in Zanzibar, you will ensure that all structural elements of our real estate projects are efficient, safe, and fully integrated with the overall architectural intent.
Your expertise will be vital in translating complex architectural concepts into buildable structural systems. You will work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. This position requires high technical proficiency and a collaborative mindset to navigate the complexities of modern construction in a tropical environment.

Key Requirements
Strong experience in performing complex structural calculations
Proficiency in detailed design development and documentation
Experience coordinating with architects and multidisciplinary teams
Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit Structure, and modeling software
Knowledge of seismic and wind load analysis for coastal areas
High level of technical accuracy and attention to detail
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university
Proven ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
Deep understanding of material science and structural durability
Experience in designing for high-end real estate environments
