Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Senior-level engineering experience specifically focused on MEP systems.
Expertise in designing and supervising HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Strong knowledge of international and local engineering standards and compliance.
Proven experience in multidisciplinary coordination with architects and other engineers.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or other relevant design software.
Experience in large-scale real estate development or infrastructure projects.
Strong project management skills including site supervision and contractor oversight.
Excellent problem-solving skills for complex mechanical installations.
Effective technical reporting and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
