SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER @ INFINITY DEVELOPMENTS
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Zanzibar, Tanzania, to create stunning interior spaces for our high-end real estate projects. This role involves taking lead on interior design concepts, managing client presentations, and executing material selection with a high degree of expertise. You will be responsible for ensuring that the interiors of our world-class projects match the quality and prestige of their exterior designs.
As a Senior Designer, you will guide projects from the initial brief through to final completion, ensuring every detail reflects the client's vision and our company's standards. This role offers the chance to define luxury living in Zanzibar, working with high-quality materials and innovative design solutions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements
Senior-level experience in interior design for luxury projects
Excellent client presentation and communication skills
Mastery of concept execution from brief to final delivery
Extensive expertise in material selection and FF&E specifications
Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering tools
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Strong understanding of spatial planning and ergonomics
Experience working on high-end luxury real estate developments
Ability to lead and inspire a team of junior designers
In-depth knowledge of lighting design and acoustic solutions
