As a Senior Architect at Infinity Developments, you will be a key leader in our design department, overseeing high-end residential and commercial projects in Zanzibar. This role requires a blend of creative design talent and technical expertise in project coordination. You will be responsible for reviewing architectural drawings, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the construction process, and coordinating with various engineering disciplines to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership on large-scale developments and a deep understanding of local building environments. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related design field.
At least 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
Proven experience in project coordination and managing design lifecycles.
Strong capabilities in technical drawing review and documentation.
Proficiency in BIM software, Revit, and AutoCAD.
Exceptional creative design and spatial planning abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations in Tanzania.
Experience in site supervision and overseeing construction phases.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to manage client expectations.
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage junior architectural staff.
