Key Requirements
Proven, successful experience working strictly within the Real Estate / Property Development sector.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in property sales.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of market dynamics and the real estate sales cycle.
Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, luxury-driven market.
Capacity to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to hit performance milestones.
Proficiency in conducting market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
