PROJECT MANAGERS (MULTIPLE POSITIONS) @ INFINITY DEVELOPMENTS
We are currently looking for multiple Project Managers to join our expanding team at Infinity Developments in Zanzibar. As we continue to deliver world-class infrastructure and real estate projects, our Project Managers play a critical role in bridging the gap between planning and execution. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, ensuring that every development is completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards. The role involves significant coordination with contractors and external partners.
The successful candidates will manage various work streams, handle risk assessments, and provide detailed reporting to senior management. You will work on-site in Zanzibar, overseeing daily operations and ensuring that safety and quality protocols are strictly followed. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
3–5+ years of professional experience in project management.
Strong skills in project planning and strategic execution.
Experience in coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.
Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies.
Ability to generate detailed progress and financial reports.
Solid understanding of construction standards and building codes.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Swahili is an added advantage.
Proficiency in project management software like MS Project or Primavera.
