Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Substantial experience in structural supervision on site
In-depth knowledge of construction safety compliance and protocols
Expertise in onsite construction coordination and logistics
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
Ability to accurately interpret complex blueprints and CAD drawings
Strong problem-solving skills for immediate field issues
Experience with reinforced concrete and steel structures
Effective communication skills for dealing with contractors
Valid professional engineering registration or license
