Key Requirements
Proven experience providing childcare support in a professional environment.
Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and structured setting for children.
Knowledge of child development stages and age-appropriate activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
Ability to manage daily routines including meals and hygiene.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Patient and creative approach to child engagement.
Ability to provide professional references from previous employers.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Swahili is a plus.
